The purpose of the programme is to provide you with framework, language, models, tools and techniques as well as insights to help build and maintain resilience and flexibility, so that you can take care of yourself and your well-being during times of change; with the opportunity to learn not only how to cope with adversity, but how to thrive under adverse conditions.

Change Management

Two components are addressed with change management:

 

1. We address the science component of the change process which prepare people for the changes in terms of new structure, roles, new ways of work, new systems, relevant training.

 

2. The second level we work on is the art of change – how to support people to navigate through the change. The focus is to ensure employees can cope with the change, take ownership for the change, is open-minded and embracing the change/s. The intervention is branded “Future Fit” (F²)

Coaching Agenda Interventions

The focus is to establish a coaching agenda in the organisation. Depending on the needs and requirements of the organisation it could include (but not limited to) the following:

Introducing a coaching approach across the organisation (workshop based)

Introduce coaching circles

Impact study of coaching after 1 year


We also offer Executive Coaching and coaching for Managers and Executives to deal with day-to-day challenges and also other transformational challenges senior managers are faced with.

HR Upskilling

Through benchmarking many organizations, we have designed a practical HR upskilling programme which addresses the critical parts of what an HR Practitioner needs to know about the HR Landscape. The programme is a 4-5 days intensive HR boot camp approach, where content is covered in an impactful manner ensuring that application of core HR capabilities take place.

Personal Mastery

Through the Personal Mastery workshop, employees develop life management skills with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence.  After completing an exercise in which they explore what is most important to them, delegates set goals that will help them to achieve the personal mission they have identified for themselves.
